By accessing Nua Design's website or services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Description of Service

Nua Design provides interior design services.

• Residential and commercial interior design
• Hospitality design
• Space planning and concept development
• Furniture and material selection
• Project management and coordination

Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate project information
• Make timely decisions
• Provide required site access
• Make payments according to the agreed schedule
• Communicate changes promptly

Payment Terms

Payment terms are set out in each project proposal. Late payments may delay project progress.

• An initial deposit
• Progress payments based on milestones
• Final payment upon completion
• Prices quoted in AED unless otherwise stated

Intellectual Property

Design concepts, drawings, specifications, and related materials remain Nua Design's intellectual property until full payment is received. They may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission.

Project Timeline

Timelines are estimates and may be affected by client decisions, material availability, contractor schedules, unforeseen site conditions, or scope changes.

Limitation of Liability

Nua Design is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Total liability shall not exceed fees paid for the specific project concerned.

Termination

Either party may terminate an agreement by written notice, subject to payment for work completed and the terms of the applicable project agreement.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential project, financial, personal, and business information.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Changes to Terms

Nua Design may update these terms by publishing changes on this website.
