Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Nua Design's website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
Description of Service
Nua Design provides interior design services including but not limited to:
- • Residential interior design consultation
- • Commercial interior design services
- • Hospitality design projects
- • Space planning and conceptual development
- • Furniture and material selection
- • Project management and coordination
Client Responsibilities
- • Provide accurate information about project requirements
- • Make timely decisions on design proposals
- • Provide access to project site as required
- • Make payments according to agreed schedule
- • Communicate any changes or concerns promptly
Payment Terms
Payment terms will be outlined in each project proposal and typically include:
- • Initial deposit to commence work
- • Progress payments based on project milestones
- • Final payment upon project completion
- • All prices are quoted in AED unless otherwise specified
Late payments may incur interest charges and may delay project progress.
Intellectual Property
All design concepts, drawings, specifications, and other materials created by Nua Design remain the intellectual property of Nua Design until full payment has been received.
Clients may not reproduce or distribute design materials without written permission from Nua Design.
Project Timeline
Project timelines are estimates based on current conditions and may be affected by:
- • Client decision-making speed
- • Material availability and delivery times
- • Contractor scheduling and performance
- • Unforeseen site conditions
- • Changes to project scope
Limitation of Liability
Nua Design shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.
Our total liability for any claims shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific project in question.
Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Upon termination:
- • Client is responsible for payment for work completed to date
- • All design materials remain Nua Design property until fully paid
- • Nua Design will provide all completed work that has been paid for
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of all project information, including but not limited to:
- • Design concepts and plans
- • Financial information
- • Personal information
- • Business strategies
Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Changes to Terms
Nua Design reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
